Ultimate Randomizer — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Ultimate Randomizer Discord bot ("the Bot") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

The Bot collects only the information needed to run its number-board and drawing features:

• Discord identifiers — your Discord user ID and username when you claim a slot on a board.
• Raffle data — server (guild) ID, channel ID, message IDs, the board's configuration (title/prize text, number of slots, rules entered by the admin), which slots were picked, when they were picked, and drawing results.

The Bot does not read or store the content of your server's messages, does not collect email addresses, real names, payment information, or any data from outside the commands and buttons you use to interact with it.

2. How We Use Information

Collected data is used solely to operate the Bot: displaying who claimed which slot, enforcing per-user pick limits, drawing winners, and letting server administrators view the history of past drawings in their server. Data is never sold, rented, or used for advertising.

3. Storage and Security

Data is stored in a private database on infrastructure controlled by the developer and is not shared with third parties, except as required by law. Access is limited to the developer for operation and maintenance of the Bot.

4. Data Retention

Raffle and pick records are retained so that server administrators can reference past drawings. If the Bot is removed from a server, that server's historical records may be retained for a reasonable period before deletion.

5. Your Choices and Deletion Requests

You can stop all future collection by no longer interacting with the Bot, or by removing it from your server. To request deletion of your data (your user ID and pick history, or a server's records if you administer that server), contact the developer through the Discord server where you use the Bot or via the support contact on the Bot's Discord profile. Requests are honored within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

The Bot is intended for users who meet Discord's minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone below that age.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
