Ultimate Randomizer — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ultimate Randomizer Discord bot ("the Bot"). By adding the Bot to a Discord server or interacting with it, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Ultimate Randomizer provides number-board and random-drawing functionality inside Discord. Server members may claim slots on a board, and server administrators may draw one or more random winners. The Bot is provided free of charge, as-is.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Bot only in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and with all laws that apply to you and your server. You are solely responsible for how draws, raffles, or giveaways run with the Bot are conducted in your server, including any prizes offered, any payments collected between members, and compliance with local laws regarding contests, raffles, or games of chance. The Bot does not process payments and is not a party to any transaction between server members.

3. No Guarantees

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or preservation of any data. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of the Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot.

5. Removal and Termination

You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server. We reserve the right to remove the Bot from any server or restrict any user's access to it at our discretion, including for abuse, spam, or violation of these Terms.

6. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
